Included credits and top-ups share one wallet. Credits represent spending value, not a fixed number of messages or conversations.

Monthly credits are used before purchased credits. Unused included credits expire at the end of the calendar month.
Purchased credits remain valid for one year from purchase. Buying more does not extend an older batch's expiry.
Every plan uses the same credit conversion and usage rates. Subscriptions add features and included credits, not a second discount.
Purchased credits can fund OTP, campaigns and transactional messages until expiry. Inbox and AI access require the relevant subscription.
One accepted customer-facing text answer counts once, not once per internal model call. WhatsApp delivery is charged separately for each outgoing message. Voice, media generation, paid web search and extended research are not included.

This estimates inbox conversations, not a fixed charge per conversation. Every outgoing reply is a Service message within the 24-hour customer-service window. Human-only inbox usage includes Omnichannel; subscription-free messaging is not modeled here.
With AI enabled, every outgoing reply includes one standard AI answer and one WhatsApp message. Longer conversations or answers split into several messages will use more credits.
This is an estimate, not a quote. Included monthly credits are used first; no existing purchased balance is assumed. Additional credit value is rounded up to the next USD cent, not a checkout package price. Taxes, marketing, other template messages and non-standard AI work are excluded.
